Hi everyone! I'm new here and I'm very interested in this project but I have a problem. I read the list of placement for this year and there is nothing about Aerospace or Mechanical engineering. Do you know if the list is definitive? These are the last months of university for me and I won't be able to participate next year

Noe, I do think the list is definitive as companies have a deadline to apply that was like the end of December (?). However, don't give up! You are an Aerospace Engineer so, if you work with semiconductors, proposal #8b should suit you!

I see this in the FAQs: "From end of December 2020 onwards, the applying companies may post their placement offers online " and I don't know if there could be other companies not present in the list. For example last year there was one perfect for me and posted the offer on its website but I don't know if it was on the list of placements.

Ok, I got my answer ahaha
It's on the application form: "Japanese host companies can apply until December.
From end of December onwards, SOME of their offers will be visible by opening the file “List of placements - LOP”,
at http://www.eu-japan.eu/events/vulcanus-japan (grey box).
The file will be regularly updated, though the final list will include more placements that those on the online list"

I was wondering what happens in case we don't fill in the field A14 (offer numbers). I can't find an offer that I can apply for, yet. I'm interested in Civil engineering.

@mariosH2 it's not necessary to fill it, so I guess they'll just go through your CV and all the other documents to find what best suits you.
