Curiosity about visa

After being accepted, how do you get the Japanese visa?
Do you have to get it in the Japanese embassy of your country?

Embassy or consulate. You will be provided a CoE (certificate of eligibility) from EU-Japan Centre. After you received that, take it, together with passport to embassy/consulate (check online what services they provided at your respective location) and you will get your visa within 1-2 weeks max..

When i got my student visa for Japan, I had to pay 25€. Is there such a fee?
